What is your return policy?

All sales are final.

As a consignment shop, we carefully curate pre-owned and unique items on behalf of individual consignors. Due to the nature of our inventory, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds for any purchases.

We encourage all customers to thoroughly inspect items, ask questions, and confirm sizing, condition, and functionality before completing a purchase. Our staff is happy to provide additional details to help you make an informed decision.

We operate as a consignment shop, which means we do not purchase items outright. Instead, we partner with our consignors and offer their items for sale in our store. Once an item sells, the consignor receives a percentage of the final sale price.

This allows us to offer a curated selection of unique, high-quality pieces while supporting our community.
